GREEN FRIDAY

Fundraising campaign - Nepal Aid Kulung

Donation campaign Nepalhilfe Kulung

Green Friday: 15 percent discount for you and 15 percent of the proceeds to Nepalhilfe Kulung
Black Friday is just around the corner, a retail sales event that focuses on discounts and aims to encourage people to buy products. We at Alpin Loacker have thought about how we want to deal with this concept. We have decided that we want to distance ourselves from Black Friday but still contribute something positive. As we would not exist without our customers, we want to give something back and show our gratitude.

That's why you will receive a 15% discount on your total purchase on 26.11.2021. Your purchase makes it possible to support the project in Kulung. 15% of the proceeds from your purchase will go to Nepalhilfe Kulung. You are supporting many projects that significantly improve the everyday lives of the people there. The money is used to maintain the drinking water supply, for school books and medical care. The project has already developed many great projects, including a drinking water supply, a school and dry toilets for the people in Kulung. Here you can find more information about the projects.

Where does your money go?

The Nepal aid was set in motion when Roland (Mattle) Kurt and Stefan repeatedly brought donations to Nepal from 1999 onwards.

Min Dhan Kulung then founded the "Bung Public Welfare Center" together with the village community .
This is an NGO registered in Nepal and its task is to manage the donations properly. In addition, the committee, which is elected for three years at a time, decides what the money should be used for.

However, the members of the Bung Public Welfare Center do not just wait for donations from Austria. They also try to contribute to the fund themselves with various ideas.
For example, the committee has a calendar printed every year, which is then sold for 35 rupees in the village, in neighboring villages, in Kathmandu or on trekking tours.

Foundation of the association

The "Nepalhilfe Kulung" association was founded in Bartholomäberg on April 14, 2012. The purpose of this association is to provide development aid in the Kulung villages of Bung, Chescam and Gudel by supporting infrastructure projects and medical aid.
