Right of Withdrawal Information
Consumers have the right of withdrawal subject to the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or independent professional activity:
1. About the Right of Withdrawal Information
1.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused and with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as everyday goods (e.g., food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal household appliances (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or vouchers.
Exchange
Return of the received item will be processed as quickly as possible to obtain the desired item. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item through a separate purchase.
European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused and with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@alpinloacker.com.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires and that you return the goods within the period defined below.
1.2 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fee for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to test the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
1.3 Exclusion or Early Expiration of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods if your seal is removed after delivery.
General Notes
1.4 Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging and unopened with all accessories.
2. Please do not send the goods back to us postage due if possible.
3. Please note that compliance with the above conditions is not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
