Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal on the following terms, whereby consumer means any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:

1. About the Right of Withdrawal

1.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without stating any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused and with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a return being requested in advance will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as everyday goods (e.g., food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal household appliances (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or vouchers.

Exchange
Return of the received item should be done as quickly as possible to receive the desired item. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate purchase.

European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Notwithstanding this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without stating any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused and with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and reviewed your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@alpinloacker.com.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires and you return the goods within the period defined below.

1.2 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheaper standard delivery we offered), immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The period is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss of value is due to handling by you that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

1.3 Exclusion or Early Expiration of Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods if their seal is removed after delivery.

General Information

1.4 Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging and unopened with all accessories.

2. Please do not send the goods back to us unpaid if possible.

3. Please note that compliance with the aforementioned conditions is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
