Right of Withdrawal Notice
Consumers have a right of withdrawal on the following terms, where consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:
1. About the Right of Withdrawal Notice
1.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, and with tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request being made in advance will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as everyday goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal household appliances (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or vouchers.
Exchange
The return of the received item will be handled as quickly as possible so you can receive your desired item. If your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.
European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, and with tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@alpinloacker.com.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires and that you return the goods within the period defined below.
1.2 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than our standard delivery offered), immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged a fee for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The period is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.
1.3 Exclusion or Early Termination of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal terminates early for contracts involving the delivery of sealed goods if your seal is removed after delivery.
General Notes
1.4 Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging and unopened with all accessories.
2. Please do not send the goods back to us postage due if possible.
3. Please note that compliance with the above conditions is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
