Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional:
 

1. About the Right of Withdrawal

1.1 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or a third party you named, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item or hat.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as everyday goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal household appliances (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or vouchers.

Exchanges
The return of the received item will be handled as quickly as possible to enable you to receive the desired item. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.

European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped within the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@alpinloacker.com.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires and return the goods within the period defined below.

1.2 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.

1.3 Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts involving the delivery of sealed goods if your seal has been removed after delivery.

General Information

1.4 Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Return the goods to us in their original packaging, unopened, and with all accessories.

2. Please avoid sending the goods back to us postage due whenever possible.

3. Please note that complying with the above conditions is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
