Right of Withdrawal Notice
Consumers have a right of withdrawal on the following terms, whereby consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity:
1. About the Right of Withdrawal Notice
1.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item of goods.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, and with tags attached, and in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return being requested in advance will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as everyday goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom orders (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal household appliances (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or vouchers.
Exchange
The return of the received item is done as quickly as possible in order to receive the desired item. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.
European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, and with tags attached, and in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and review your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@alpinloacker.com.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires and that you return the goods within the period defined below.
1.2 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard, cheaper delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which notice of your withdrawal of this contract is received by us. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged a fee for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling not necessary to test the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods on your part.
1.3 Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods if their seal is removed after delivery.
General Information
1.4 Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in original packaging and unopened with all accessories.
2. Please do not send the goods back to us postage due if possible.
3. Please note that compliance with the aforementioned conditions is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
