Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession:
 

1. About the cancellation policy

1.1 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 50 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 50 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@alpinloacker.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: MH DIREKT e-commerce + fulfillment GmbH / ALPIN LOACKER, Reitschulstraße 7, A-6923 Lauterach

If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a return label from us along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / items not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.

European Union – 14-day withdrawal period
Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@alpinloacker.com.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires and that you have returned the goods within the period defined below.

1.2 Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods and can be traced back to you.

1.3 Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General information

1.4 Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging and unopened, including all accessories.

2. Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect if possible.

3. Please note that compliance with the above conditions is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
