As soon as we have received the goods in our logistics center, the return will be checked. The money will then be refunded using the same payment method you used to pay. The check and refund can take 8 to 10 working days until you can see the refunded amount in your account. If you have selected Klarna invoice as your payment method, you will receive an updated invoice from Klarna.
The majority of our wool comes from farmers in Australia and New Zealand, and less frequently from Argentina and South Africa. We source this wool from a renowned German supplier: Südwolle. Your order can usually still be canceled within 30 minutes.
