Alpin Loacker is one of the best stores of the year!

UOur online store has won an award in the "Sport, Leisure and Outdoor" category. The online trade magazine Acquisa reviewed a total of 6000 entries. We are proud that our online store is one of the winners.

To be named "Shop of the Year", online stores had to stand out from the crowd in four different categories:

Usability and user experience

Customer service and customer satisfaction

Social commitment and sustainability

Marketing and public image

The evaluation was based on various key questions. These enabled an objective evaluation - subjective assessments, biases and distortions could thus be minimized during the assessment.

The ALPIN LOACKER store is our third-place winner for the "Shop of the Year" award in the "Sport, Leisure and Outdoor" category. The family business sells outdoor equipment under its own brand, some of which is even manufactured entirely in Austria.

Customer service is professional and straightforward at all times. Customers particularly emphasize how quickly questions and problems are solved. Sustainability and resource conservation are also very important to the operators: Plastic packaging, for example, is reused in the back panels and base elements of rucksacks, and returned cardboard boxes are used again as packaging material. With a rating of 4.7 on Google and many satisfied customers, Alpin Loacker is rightly on the winner's podium in this category."
